PROFILE – JOHN STYLES

For the last 20 years I have worked in the retail/wholesale distribution chain with companies like Palmer and Harvey, Parker Pen, Madison, Zyro and Windwave. I’ve been a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager and Area Sales Manager.

Nowadays I prefer to spend my time on the front line as an Independent Sales Agent covering London and the South East. I have run a couple of retail stores and have visited over 600 bicycle stores in the UK, plus a variety of stores in other countries including France, Spain, Holland, Belgium, the USA and Canada.

I spend most of my time on the road for my permanent clients. In addition I offer a range of ad hoc consulting services, including options for brands who are seeking UK distribution partners or advice on the UK market.

More importantly and have a keen eye for detail, no stone is un-turned.

I’m at home on a road bike, mountain bike or most recently, on an e-bike!
